Fill-Vent Diverter Valves are a variation of the Flap Diverter Valve that provides for downstream single point venting or system recirculation, while simultaneously filling one or multiple receivers.
They can be used with weigh hoppers and suitable control systems and can operate fully automatically to allow for discharge into any chosen hopper, or product return to the main silo.
Type FVP/A (plain pipe ends) is available in 8 sizes, from 50mm to 150mm, outside diameter.
Type FVF/A (flanged) is available in 7 sizes, from 50mm to 200mm, nominal bore.
Standard operating temperatures range from -10°C to +80°C (polyurethane flap seals) or from
-20°C to +230°C (optional silicone rubber flap seals).
