The HDER and BSER series are recommended for applications where occasional internal cleaning of the valve is required. The range offers simple strip-down and re-assembly features to ensure minimal downtime. The range is particularly suited for food, dairy and many
pharmaceutical applications.
The HDER series comes in 7 standard sizes:
50mm to 300mm, to give capacities of up to
24m³/hr (ATEX compliant Group II Category 2 & 3).
The BSER series comes in 4 standard sizes:
150mm to 300mm, to give capacities of up to 24m³/hr (ATEX compliant Group II Category 2 & 3).
Pressure differentials are ≤ 1 bar (standard) or ≤ 2 bar (optional).
Static pressure is certified at
10 bar (optional).
Note:
For frequent internal cleaning consider the FCT ‘Fast-clean’ range. For stringent hygiene requirements consider the HG ‘Hypergienic’ range.
