These are lightweight, purpose-built blowing seals designed for chassis mounting on bulk road vehicles with an integral blower. The BSV is fitted with a hydraulic motor, which is powered by the vehicle’s hydraulic system.
It was designed to discharge a wide range of products at around 20 tonnes/hr.
Electrically
powered versions are also available for static installations.
BSV valves are designed for feeding a wide range of powdered or granular solids directly into a pneumatic conveying pipeline from a bulk road tanker. They are manufactured in cast iron or stainless steel.
