An extension of the HD range, these units have integral pipe connections for feeding a wide
range of powdered solids directly into a pneumatic conveying line.
The design offers low headroom requirements, effective purging of the rotor pockets and lower conveying velocities.
The BS series is identical in design and construction to the HD concept.
7 standard valve sizes are available, from 150mm to 600mm, to give capacities up to around 140m3/hr. Pressure differentials are ≤ 1 bar (standard) or ≤ 2 bar (optional). Static pressure is certified at 10 bar certified (optional).
An integral cast entrainment trough has been incorporated for direct installation into the
conveying pipeline. Standard valves are available in cast iron, aluminium or stainless steel.
