The dryer is equipped with aftercooler included, in order to operate at a high inlet air temperature from 70 to 90ºC (up to 100ºC for Compact models). The air-blast aftercooler is the component where there the hot air entering the dryer, coming directly from the compressor, undergoes an important preliminary cooling down. It consists of a battery unit with a copper tube circuit and aluminium fin; a high efficiency axial fan conveying ambient air onto these blades provides the necessary cooling down of compressed air.
The range constitutes 9 models (ADE 8 - ADE 75). Two further models, the ADE 5 CPT and
ADE 8 CPT are fitted with inlet filters of 5 microns.
The compressed air flow rate ranges from 0.57 to 7.5 m³/min.
